1. No Returns or Refunds

• Our products are generally not eligible for return or refund.

• No return, replacement, or refund is available for raw materials sold on our website.

• The replacement policy mentioned below applies only to finished refrigerator door gaskets.

2. Replacement Policy for Refrigerator Gaskets

A replacement can be requested only for a finished refrigerator gasket if:

• You receive a gasket with a size or fitting issue;

• The gasket received does not match the size specified by you; or

• The gasket is found to be defective.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days from the date the gasket is delivered to you.

3. Replacement Process

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and relevant photos/videos if required.

• You will need to send the gasket back to us at your own expense.

• Once we receive the returned gasket, we will inspect and verify the issue.

• If the replacement request is approved after verification, we will send you the replacement gasket.

4. Conditions for Replacement

The returned gasket must be in its original condition.

If the returned gasket is damaged, used, modified, or not received in its original condition due to any issue from your side, no replacement will be provided.

In such cases, the same product will be sent back to you.

5. Raw Materials

Raw materials sold by AP Electro Parts are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for checking the required type, size, quantity, and specifications before placing an order for raw materials.

6. Important Notice

Please carefully check the size, fitting, type, quantity, and specifications before placing your order.

For finished refrigerator gaskets, replacement due to a size, fitting, or product issue is available only when the request is made within 7 days of delivery and the returned product passes our inspection.
