Replacement & Refund Policy

AP Electro Parts से shopping करने के लिए धन्यवाद। Order करने से पहले नीचे दी गई policy को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. Return या Refund नहीं है

हमारे products पर generally return या refund available नहीं है।

• Website पर बेचे जाने वाले raw materials पर कोई return, replacement या refund available नहीं है।
• नीचे दी गई replacement policy केवल finished refrigerator door gaskets पर लागू होती है।

2. Refrigerator Gasket Replacement Policy

Finished refrigerator gasket के लिए replacement तभी मांगा जा सकता है जब:

• आपको gasket में size या fitting की problem मिले;
• मिला हुआ gasket आपके बताए हुए size से match न करे; या
• gasket defective हो।

Replacement की request gasket की delivery date से 7 दिनों के अंदर करनी होगी।

3. Replacement Process

• Delivery के 7 दिनों के अंदर हमें अपने order details के साथ जरूरी photos/videos भेजें।
• आपको gasket अपने खर्चे पर हमें वापस भेजना होगा।
• Gasket मिलने के बाद हम उसे inspect करके issue verify करेंगे।
• Verification के बाद replacement request approve होने पर हम आपको replacement gasket भेज देंगे।

4. Replacement की Conditions

Returned gasket अपनी original condition में होना चाहिए।

अगर gasket:

• damaged है;
• used है;
• modified है; या
• आपकी तरफ से किसी कारण से original condition में नहीं मिलता;

तो replacement नहीं दिया जाएगा।

ऐसे case में वही product आपको वापस भेज दिया जाएगा।

5. Raw Materials

AP Electro Parts द्वारा बेचे जाने वाले raw materials पर किसी भी situation में return, replacement या refund available नहीं है।

Raw material का order करने से पहले customer को खुद:

• required type;
• size;
• quantity; और
• specifications

check करनी होंगी।

6. Important Notice

Order करने से पहले size, fitting, type, quantity और specifications को ध्यान से check करें।

Finished refrigerator gasket के लिए size, fitting या product issue की वजह से replacement तभी available होगा जब:

• request delivery के 7 दिनों के अंदर की गई हो; और
• returned product हमारी inspection में सही पाया जाए।
